The Cafe Ono was a great lunch spot while visiting the Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. The menu is all vegetarian. Although I'm not vegetarian, I found the food here flavorful. I enjoyed sitting outside under the parasol in their art garden. Also, there is a local art/craft store, and it's fun to visit while waiting for your food. There aren't many restaurants nearby the park, but this is a great place to eat. Staff... View all feedback.
Don?t miss coming here for an absolutely delightful and relaxing lunch. The team here is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The egg salad sandwich was delicious, and there are vegan and gluten-free options as well.
Ordered the vegan panini with miso mushroom soup and it was absolutely delicious. Very friendly staff and super cute gift shop. I highly recommend eating outside as the grounds are lovely and very peaceful.
Really great, healthy food. Tasted fresh and homemade. The art gallery also had lots of cool stuff.

A true gem! Do not miss eating here if you?re in Volcano. We loved the quiche, the curry special and all the fixings (soup AND salad) as well as the vegan carrot cake. Everything was fresh and so delicious and checking out Ira?s gallery and gardens were so special. Even in the rain!
