I am very sorry to write this review but at a distance of many months I had permanent damage and so I decided to write my experience. We ate at the wisteria a little less than a year ago and I ordered 4 oysters (I attach the photo). I'm stat* l'unic* eating them. After a little more than 24 hours I started to feel terrible and I lost consciousness for a few hours (without eating anything after dinner and later hours) and so I immediately communicated to the restaurant the thing. Before writing back to the restaurant or blaming I wanted to wait for the outcome of blood tests (balled values), ultrasound (food poisoning) and finally examinations for hepatitis to (obviously positive). The owner at the view of the outcomes apologized a lot and sent me the photos of the suppliers of fish and ingredients of tiramisù (who did not use mascarpone but who was there from the evening before to what he told me, not using mascarpone however it was not a problem). The dinner had cost us 200€ total and the owner asked me what it could do for the inconvenience (very serious). Blood tests, hepatitis, first aid visits and medicines cost me more than €90, including discomfort and risk of dying (aid by emergency). The owner reimbursed me 250€ and I told her I would not write anything because I didn't expect such a serious twist, but putroppo after several months I realized that from that horrible episode my body can no longer eat fish and therefore it is a damage to life. I'm very sorry but it wouldn't have been right not to say anything in the face of such a serious and permanent thing. The owner was kind but putroppo 250€ can not repair such damage to health.

Tasteless Moscardini. I was hoping in the mussels but as soon as you serve at the table already the smell was not presentable as a dish and the taste worse still. I'll never come back

Local on the shore of Lake Viverone. Structure in decay for a restaurant that has a menu with lots of dishes. Nothing exceptional
