I generally enjoy this place. But in the past I've been here late at night before covid hit, and there were rats running around the front and in the makeup department. I'm not sure where else in the store I didn't go anywhere else. View all feedback.
What Mick Trumm doesn't like about Walmart Supercenter:
As with most big-box customer service is a thing of the past. And Walmart is getting worse all the time. It's too bad they have forced most of the small stores out of business by lowering their price and now they are raising their prices and cutting costs by having you check your self out. And stop you and go through your cart to make sure you didn't miss. Done ranting for the day View all feedback.
Careful in the paint section. I found some Primer products price on the self in error.
I ordered online for pickup, and when I unpacked my groceries, the top of the frebreeze bottle was off and leaked all over my groceries, and I also received someone else's Deli ham. The bottle was empty when I removed it from my vehicle. I went back to the store, and they exchanged the frebreeze, which was nice, and they told me I could keep the ham since it left the store. I'm not sure how the frebreeze made it from the shelf to my vehicle without someone noticing it.
It was fine. Lots of people in, but associates were doing a good job keeping checkouts moving.
Had the stuff I needed. Associates were very friendly and were able to answer my questions
It's walmart. Hit or miss on friendliness, product availability, staff helpfulness, cleanliness.
