There is always a long line, even when the staff is short-staffed, they still manage to keep things moving efficiently. The food is consistently delicious. They do not have dine-in service, only takeout. I recently tried their breakfast for the first time and it was surprisingly good. I wasn't a fan of this Wendy's a few months ago, but they have improved significantly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I drove through the drive-thru at this restaurant but the loudspeaker must have been broken because I ended up receiving a young bacon cheeseburger instead of the triple with speck that I had ordered. The menu board outside clearly showed what I had ordered, so they need to improve their efficiency. View all feedback.
Always an amazing customer service experience and very friendly staff best wendys ever
Went to the drive thru and could hear the host (Anthony) taking the order of the driver in front of us. He sounded very agitated and rude, so we were prepared for the nonsense at this point. When we pulled up Anthony rudely requested our order, to which we replied “one second” while we confirmed our orders. Anthony then huffed in impatience, and we stated our order after literally a second of confirmation. Then he couldn’t even repeat it back and struggled to confirm it with us. He was clearly an incompetent clown with zero training. We then proceeded to the window and paid with April. April lacked customer service as well and was very unprofessional. We waited for over 15 minutes for two basic meals. Which really confused me since Anthony appeared to be in such a rush. During the wait April checked in with us once and advised they had to “switch the coke orders” and “hopefully they even have coke” and never apologized for the inconvenience. Based off of my experience and the reviews of others this location needs to be shut down and restarted with all new employees.
The nuggets were decent but the fries tasted old and burgers gave us indigestion. The drive thru lane wrapped completely around the building and was slow. The dining room was closed.
They forgot a part of my order and accidentally kept my credit card I called the next day I was able to drive and get it and they provided an extra side of fries and we're super friendly about the whole thing so I just really appreciate it
There double with cheese are so good messy but good. Drive Tru was pretty quick
