The Hunt Room - Virginia Beach

I had the worst, the waiter never again our drinks or asked us if we wanted to drink something else for our entire meal. had to ask for funeral for our food and that was terrible. the quality and the caliber have significantly reduced from my experiences in pastness

The waiter had several large tables and would have fought less about our little table. the appetizer came after we were finished with half of the escape. we never got the opportunity to order another cocktail. never filled water again. our empty plates were 15 minutes before us.

Overall the hunt room was a pleasant experience with great food and drinks. great ambiente that really shows the hunt room vibe. although I was generally satisfied with the experience, my one question asked a table. while I made reservations in advance, at the arrival 30 minutes before our reservation time, I requested one of the cabins that were not occupied. the hostess explained that the cabins are already reserved. at no point during the booking process, I saw the possibility of requesting a stand I would have. we sat on a less intimate and less comfortable table, also with additional try to be moved. my annoying came when I observed after drinks and dinner empty stands, which was about 1.5 hours after our arrival. if they are like me and prefer a stand over a table, they either make a note while submitting their reservation or calling to request. once again a great experience.

My husband and I went for our anniversary he ordered the burger and I ordered the French dip. His burger was excellent and done right my French dip for $24 that was a never do it again. We ordered a bottle of wine and I had to sign the waitress because the glass was dirty and when she poured the wine it left a film. For a restaurant of this caliber that is unacceptable especially when you’re selling $24 hamburgers. I don’t believe this will be a do again for us.

I always enjoy coming to the Cavalier hotel, the food is very good and the service is excellent.
