Nice that you can get Sonic salsa packets here to go with hash browns instead of just ketchup. Makes it nicer than other fast food fare for those of us who don't prefer ketchup. They may need to work on the drive-thru microphone or order-taker's headset though as she had trouble hearing me at times. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Order by the app and waited 13 minutes after check-in. Order finally updated that it went out and 3 minutes later no food yet. It wasn't packed and I just ordered a children's meal. I called to check my food and I was told it was coming. Waited 3 minutes, just to get ice cold food. I will never eat here again, and I do not recommend it, as this is the first time I had problems. Loved it the bacon melt is to die for the handmade onion rings are great love the fact the girl comes out on roller skates would definitely go back
I don't know who was in the drive thru or cook but my food was amazing and I'm very picky being a chef I got it around 5pm 03/01/23 awesome crew I devour this burger
I placed an online order for almost $75, we checked in and it took a hour before we got food. We had to continue to wait because they only brought out part of our order. Then they messed up the order to top it off, by the time they were done they made 5 trips and spent a total of 1 1/2 hours of waiting on food. When we initially got the food it was already cold because I let one of my three kids i had with me start to eat. By the time i got back to the hotel obviously the food was cold but the shakes were melted and same with the slushies, and the pop was watered down. My son had fallen asleep from waiting so long and never ate dinner. This was a first time sonic experience for the rest of my family and now they never want to eat sonic again. I understand they were slammed but that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order that was placed ahead of time. Only positive was one of the two ladies that brought items out was extremely pleasant and professional. I wish i would have got her name because she needs a bonus for how she handles that type of situation.
Absolutely appalling experience. I don't even know where to begin. I have been to this location a couple times have never waited less than 20 minutes for my food, mind you I never order more than one or maybe two items. Each time I get cold, soggy food. This time it said on the screen that someone was coming out with my food, 20 minutes later still nothing. In this time I saw a woman get out of her car gripping a sonic bag walking towards the door, someone came out to her she gave them the bag (clearly she got the wrong order). They brought her order. When I finally called them, I went back and forth with someone describing what I ordered literally 5 or 6 times. Finally someone brings my order out it is THE SAME BAG I saw the woman give back to them. They gave her my order mistakenly, walked back inside with it, set it on the counter, then brought that same bag out to me. I watched them set it on the counter I know it was the same bag because the top was wrinkled up in the same way that lady had been holding it. It had CLEARLY been handled vigorously before it got to me. And it was cold soggy. Absolutely disgusting unsanitary. Never going back.
First time visiting and most likely the last time as well. GREAT fast food concept. Very clean facility. Easy to get to, in to and out of. However... the young lady that interacted with us via the drive-up park lane acted as if she could not be bothered with taking care of us. Another employee needed to come step in and communicate with us. We were the only customers there, at the time, and it seemed to have taken too long to prepare 3 milk shakes. It certainly took way too long to bring them to us (from the tone the board showed that the server was on her way until the time it actually reached us). The shake itself did not seem to have the toppings mixed in too well. Lots of the toppings were at the bottom of the cup. I do not want to come across entitled or under appreciative of the work that was out into the attempt to serve us... but our experience is not one that is likely to bring us back again.
