Bravo! Italian Kitchen - Virginia Beach

We made a reservation for 5:45 and arrived earlier. We sat outside at first, but it was too loud for comfort. We asked to be brought inside, and were given a table. The young woman who took us to our table was rude and did not even say hello or smile. The young women at the front desk had no people skills and were clearly overwhelmed. Once at the table, we waited for ten minutes for anyone to serve us. I asked a waitress going by if we had a waiter, and she politely said she would find one. The young lady who came to our table was lovely and gave good service but had not even been told she had our table. I have eaten here many times, and the food is quite good, but management needs to pay more attention to customer service and staff training.

What happened! Your food was was so good. Highly disappointed in our meal. Service was great, wish dinner matched the level of service we received.

Receptionist was awful! Did not welcome us at all….seemed to have attitude. Food was fair but the calamari was very tough an inedible. Server was very good
