Blue Pete's - Virginia Beach

This was our second time at Blue pete as well as second time at Sandbridge VA. Great food and service but make sure to call ahead as they get extremely busy! The scenery outside is perfect! Have a great meal and then walk around to enjoy the nature.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not packed at all. We were seated immediately in a spot overlooking the water and trees inside. The tuna appetizer was amazing. I also got the Mahi Imperial which was amazing! I definitely recommend that. Drinks were good. Laid back atmosphere with mostly VB locals. Very spacious bar area as well. Plenty of parking. We will return.

Came in on our boat to get greeted by nobody, the bartender was super pissed that we came in 30 minutes before they closed. i accidently ordered something i didnt want and she got a attitude about having to cancel it so i walked out. my Family ordered fries and they werent salty enough, went to put salt in it and THERE WAS RUST IN THE CONTAINER. DO NOT COME HERE.

No wait. Very good seafood. Waiter was personable and attentive.

First time driving out to Blue Pete’s over the weekend for a birthday dinner and we had a great experience! Well worth the drive out to Pungo, in my opinion. Although they were busy, we were seated pretty quickly. We had a great server who was attentive despite being busy. The vibe is great! I love being able to eat on the water and they had live music which was good. If you’re not a fan of live music while you eat, definitely recommend eating inside or checking the calendar before you head over there. The food was delicious! I had the mango mahi which I enjoyed but I did snag a bit of a crab cake from someone I was with and it was honestly the best crab cake I’ve had in the area.
