Highly recommend for a decent little breakfast/ brunch spot. Parking semi sucks. But that just shows it's good when folks still make the effort. The service was decent. A bit of a wait if you aren't there early. Decent orange crushes which definitely matters. The pineapple wasn't bad either. The crab ball appetizer was pretty good. I had the burrito as my meal. It was a hearty size. I would say it could use a bit of salsa or something to add a bit more flavor. The chips were seasoned with old bay. Overall I'd go back but likely try something instead. The feel is cute with the extension. Nice seating area for a cocktail with friends.
This is a favorite spot of mine, I always bring out of town guests here, something for everyone! I love the amount of fresh, healthy options. The parm tater-tots are a must try!! Also, eat that fry biscuit while it's hot, add some honey too! Great vegan options! Cocktails are great, love all the Mimosa options. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out due to all the good reviews and how cute it looks inside. No problem with getting seated and getting served. Our food was okay and we were expecting bursts of flavor. Maybe just an off day but my omelette with the veggies didnt have much taste at all flavor wise and the vegetables were not cooked all the way like I had anticipated. The tater tots were very good and full of flavor which we enjoyed! Both our meals seemed to lack in flavor besides the Tots. The mimosas werent quite what we were expecting. When we received a glass with champagne and then in the middle was a ball of what appeared to be the frozen flavoring. I guess we just figured it would all be mixed in together almost like a frozen margarita but mimosa style. Lacked in flavor for us all in all. When we got the bill it was about 65 dollars for 2 frozen mimosas and 2 entrees. Kinda considered dining and dashing but we paid.
Food: delicious meals. The po' boy wrap was absolutely delicious with the fried oysters which is their most popular filling. The aioli matched the wrap well and cut down the oil from the fried oysters. The cold-smoked salmon Benedict was good also with the hollandais sauce balanced and the Parmesan garlic tots to die for. Lastly, the key lime pie was on the upper scale of the better slices that we have had. Service: the service crew was really friendly, and was always at the table at the right time we needed anything. Atmosphere: we sat outside for brunch and it was a nice change. Inside was a little loud and could be busy, but outside had a nice breeze and the planters made it more secluded. Overall a nicely decorated place with nice beach-vibes.
Everything was great, except they added an 18% gratuity to our check and there was only 2 of us. When I asked they said they do it on every check so you cannot not tip. They have it posted on the menu that parties of 6 they add 18% gratuity. Seems a little shady to me.
