Great American Steakhouse Vinton

Service was exceptionally slow. Some of the food was cold when it finally got to us. They didn't have half of the menu. We had to change our order multiple times because they didn't have anything. That should have been our sign to leave. The food was just ok at best. So much more was wrong. I didn't want to believe the bad reviews here because this place used to be an amazing place to eat but I'll never go back. It's a shame that they let it get to this point.

They have a listening problem here, they don't listen to customers, called before lunch to have my order ready before12 they said yes I go and waited alot blew my whole lunch time for nothing ,Horrible service and expensive

Charging 18 gratuity for a bad service also takes too long to take our order also the place looked empty but not given a receipt of our full order It's just not worth it. I remember why I didn't go back to this place cause 14 years ago they did me dirty so please check your receipt also if your charging me 50 dollars for gratuity for bad service expectations should be better then what we got cause waiting for refills well just never again this place is just not worth it. FYI I do tip well but I strongly believe it should be on performance not I have to just being forced to it leaves a bad experience good luck on this place
