Come here if it had a good Wright. They looked busy (a good sign) without a reservation they found us a table. Very attentive and friendly staff. The ribs were freshly cooked, not slowly cooked, made for a nice change and were top quality to boot. The best ribs I've ever had, and I had a few. Craft beers and ales are also a nice touch with employees who like to advise new smthing. Would recommend everyone in the area... View all feedback.

The staff at Paddock were very attentive and friendly, and continuosly returned to our table, which created a great feeling of service. Aside from that, I wasn't impressed. I thought it was really overpriced for what I got. The beer selection was really good, but too expensive to get more than one or two. The food was what really bothered me. The friendly staff and service is the best we have received in Mackay... the brisket and rib meat absolutely melted in our mouths... we had the share platter and i can honestly say that there was nothing on it that we didn't enjoy... the food was full of flavor and absolutely delish... we loved the atmosphere... it was warm and welcoming... the staff at this restaurant are exceptional and we will definitely be returning.
We stopped by whilst driving down the east coast overnight. Despite being full when we walked in, the team made us feel really welcome and found us a spot for dinner. Superb beer, can highly recommend the house pilsner on tap! Food was fantastic also, with outstanding service with a personal touch. If we’re in the area again we’ll be coming by! Great food, fantastic service and a beer selection that will impress. The venue has a great atmosphere. If your looking for food and beer in MacKay you can’t go past this place.
These guys know how to put on an amazing service! Party of 16 and not one complaint! The food was to die for, the staff were absolutely hilarious and tentative and we had a brilliant night. Highly recommend
Absolutely outstanding service, great food and an awesome atmosphere! It’s such a refreshing feeling when you can describe the beer you’d normally drink (Carlton MID) and have a craft beer chosen by the staff for you that goes down an absolute treat! I can safely say I’ll definitely be back again and again
