Dogwood Barbeque - Vincennes

I am not from the area. Was such a fun place had to visit twice. Very good food reasonable price. You could easily overeat. Friendly staff.

First time at Dogwood Brbq! Love everything about it!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and absolutely love their roasted beetles. Some days, I just enjoy the vegetable dishes like braised tomatoes, carrots, green beans, and potatoes. The popcorn shrimp and liver are always delicious as well.

The dining experience was wonderful, and the staff were fantastic.

The next day, instead of apologizing or compensating me for the missed meal, they only wanted to give me the correct order while expecting me to return the incorrect one, which was untouched. Given how much food they waste, it felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially since they didn’t acknowledge that I had gone a whole day without eating. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be eating there anymore. I believe they should appreciate their customers and take responsibility for their mistakes, rather than making it seem like it’s my fault.
