Apparently it is a family-owned restaurant, has been there for 20 years. We talked to the owner. She told us they named the restaurant according to a TV program at that time, which was introducing the beautiful state "Colorado, USA". Anyway, the food there was very tasty, price is just right: a 3-course dinner only costs 19.95€. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed eating there very much. Next time, we are going to invite our friends to have lunch there. The lunch menu: plat du jour with snack only costs 9.7€, 3-course meal 12€. Very reasonable!
