I came several times the staff was not very pleasant once I found a hair in my menu disappointed the cold fries. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This is the second time we have ordered and there are missing ingredients in the sandwich...and the fries are often very often cold and overcooked...there I quickly took a menu with bacon which we make in plus the promotion on the front page of the site and surprise NO BACON?!?! To take away so here's 80cts for the gnomes... Thank you Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
What a desappointment !!!! First of all, it took 20 minutes to get our order. It was 3 p.m. so far from the lunchtime crowds. I will be told that staff is limited at that time. Well, close the restaurant then. My Big Tasty has gone through a period of weight loss (a shame for a fast food restaurant even if I'm willing to admit that it's linked to the parent company and not to this restaurant. However, barely served, the sandwich is already almost cold. According to the staff, it's the new McDonald's process, only the meat is put hot, the other elements of the burger are assembled cold (nice the sliced cheese not melted, the cold buns... . So in the end my hamburger is borderline lukewarm. We were 3 families, 3 different orders, 10 people and resulted in 3 order errors. Finally, even if we talk about process, here we are going to talk about hygiene. Could you tell me why the lady who prepared the fries, with shoulder-length hair, did not wear a cap or charlotte or did not tie them up? In short, it's starting to get expensive for food that is far from exceptional, with quantities shrinking visibly for prices that continue to inflate. The only positive point was that the person who brought our orders back to the dining room was always smiling and friendly.
I in no way blame the staff, who are obviously understaffed. I blame the boss who doesn 't care if his customers wait 40 minutes at the drive-thru for a computer problem that he doesn 't care about. I also blame him for forcing employees over 50 to work on their day off. The wait was endless, the staff did their best, but you, Sir (or Madam), can be ashamed. We are only in Villers, what would it be like in Paris 6? Ask yourself the right questions, incapable as you are.
