Nothing special, they copied the formula to the Sushi Gourmet with pre-packed trays but still prepare on request from a menu. Nothing too varied as types of fish and dressings but clean (the kitchen is exposed and wear gloves) and quick, to take off a touch is ideal. View all feedback.
