El pisto manchego de La Gavilla es uno de los mejores que he probado y con un huevo frito por encima, un manjar. Dicen que son los pimientos de Infantes, pero el buen hacer también tendrá que ver, digo yo.
El mejor lugar para disfrutar de la gastronomía local. El pisto es inmejorable, gachas, sopa castellana, manitas... ofrecen un menú especializado en platos manchegos. Una experiencia maravillosa. Lo recomiendo.
