I arrived with the bike of tours and knew that I needed some impression before I enjoyed the castle gardens. Terrible service, extended wait for meals which then arrived 20 minutes apart, menu of the day was chicken which arrived undercooked and looking like it had been sat a while, other tables walked out due to wait and poor quality, the worse part is that...the owners didn't care, people refusing to pay or leaving seemed to be acceptable to them View all feedback.
No opinion on the restaurant I just updated the times. The restaurant is closed until March 2023. Reopening to beautiful days. Too bad it's for another time.
Even if the facade is not the most adventurous of the street, don't let yourself be mistaken: excellent cuisine at a very reasonable price, perfect reception and good mood, very good advice from the waiters. Right next to the castle, I highly recommend the Bistrot Gourmand.

Entrance, dish, dessert, nothing to say, it was excellent. Lemonade is delicious, charming staff and very good advice. Very good address.
Suitable terrace, very friendly service, hearty and very good value for money. A very good address next to Villandry Castle.
