We were at the ship wreck diner last weekThis diner is amazing. It's like stepping back in time. This place never lets you down. The food and service is amazing. What Linda Michelsen doesn't like about Northport Shipwreck Diner:
This was my first time there and definitely my last time. The place is a disaster. The waitresses are walking around in circles and nobody’s helping you. They seem more confused about their jobs than anything else. Then my plate of food arrived and it was so disgusting that I not only sent it back, but I left after that. No quality control whatsoever. Overpriced foods (should be computerized instead of handwritten), feels like the waiter overcharged us, she wasn't very friendly either. Only typical omelets and potatoes platters came to total of $70 for two people.
It’s a diner..It’s extremely crowded for breakfast and not a pleasant atmosphere..Food is mediocre at best and nothing to write home about..

When I have time the crowning jule of our trip there is to take my wife or son there and treat them to a piece of history. You can see and feel the surroundings of the rail road dining car. The food is the topping.I am so glad that they survived the COVID-19 shutdown that hit in March 2020 and is finally letting us try to get back to normalcy.
Man do I miss Timmy! But happy to see the food quality and atmosphere hasn't changed a bit!!
