Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant is located in a quiet street (at least in the afternoon), so it was really nice to sit outside in the sun. The owner knew exactly which dishes he could veganise, like the avocado burger (without the salmon), bruschetta, sweet potato salad (without feta), Chili etc. I had the bruschetta and sweet potato salad which were tasty! It’s a great place to eat with meat eaters, since there are not many options in Monte Gordo. The homemade lemonades and ice tea is very good!
Food and service were amazing, Innes was very welcoming and accommodating.
Really great place, not a ton of obvious vegan options on the menu but the staff and owner are great and very much willing to customize for you as needed. They even mention if you call or come by a day early they will work with you to make you a meal you want which seems rare in my experience. I had a veggie/garbanzo curry one day and a customized avocado/tomato/lettuce tostie and fresh squeezed orange juice another day, both delicious.
Another great visit in montegordo, and as usual could not visit without eating a series of times in blue parrott. inna and their personal were as usual welcome and eating was the same excellent standard as ever. at our last visit before the return home. we have ordered before rib rib, the flesh fell literally from the bones, and it melted in their mouth. the memory remains with us until the next visit in autumn. many thanks to them all
