Wendy's - Vienna

I eat here a lot considering I work in the area and live here. I have never been to a place that forgets something every time I order. I have had to walk in every single time I order food from here and retrieve the rest of my order. Seems like the employees are lost 90% of the time.

Girl at the window was extremely rude. Won’t be back.

Was little slow dono wt happened no tea in dining area or in back wasn't many people at all and still took while to get my order. Hope they get back on the roll I do like this place.

Went thru Vienna drive thru no straws for drinks one order of fries missing had to go inside for fries kids meal had no toy inside. Two of my hamburgers were raw on the inside. Fries were soggy when we were told to pull up for fresh fries had to wait 20 minutes.Tried calling Wendy's phone was continuously busy. All of this for $37.00. Very disappointing and inexcusable.

Insulted my husband, got my son's sandwich wrong, my bacon cheese fries were cold and cheese not melted, only diet/no sugar drinks in machine. Was passing through on our way back to Ohio and never again will we stop at this location.
