We were at the end of April 2022 for lunch. I had Chicken Yogurt and my two Ess mates had both Adana Yogurt (Bef and Lamb). I always say that cooking chicken breast really shows a cooker. If overcooked, the meat would be hard and chew. My chicken cubes were tender and juicy. It was really delicious with the yoghurt sauce. You said her Adana yogurt was also excellent. This is a place that should always be revised. View all feedback.

Visited at the opening and the restaurant was short staff, but the cook made the experience. He was very passionate about food and experience. It was almost as if we were to visit his house as welcome guests and not as customers. Each dish was prepared by hand and very tasty. Many fresh ingredients. (We saw him pick vegetables from his vehicle). Each dish has a special touch. Remember our visit to Istanbul. Thank you.
We wanted to try something else. I only had Turkish food several times. We decided to visit Instanbul Blue. This place has received some good reviews on yelp. It's a little resturant in a stripmall. The resturant is small and cozy. There weren't many customers when we arrived. We sat at the front window against the wall. Very cozy and quiet. The resturant is very nice and clean. I'll say the waiter was there when we needed him. He left us room and time to enjoy the meal. I wanted to try the Instanbul Blue Mix Drink, but unfortunately they ran out of what was necessary to make the drink. We also ordered iced tea, but unfortunately there was no tea. There is a nice selection of offers on the menu. For appetizers we ordered the Lentil soup and the Instanbul Blue Platter, which consisted of a combination of appetizers: 3 Cigara drilling, 3 Yaprak, Dolmas, Hummus, feta cheese falafel. The lens soup is rich, but tastefully not overly seasoned. The waiter also brought our bread. I'll get the bread in soup. It could be a meal. Very satisfied. I've gathered everything on Instanbul Blue Platter. I'm not a big fan, but these were pretty delicious. The main course was the fresh Mediterranean Branzini fish (large fish). This came with rice or usable spits. We got the viable spits and a side salad. We love Banzini fish and that was amazing. The spices were right. Fish was perfectly cooked. We also had the Instanblue Mixed Grill. This was a combination of grilled specialties of beef schish kebob, chicken kebob, lamb chops doner, served with rice. Each piece of meat on this dish was perfectly cooked, very juicy, well seasoned. I ordered Doner Kebob Shwarma for lunch the next day. For dessert we had the Baklava with pistachios. Very delicious and not too sweet. Overall, this restorer was not disappointed. The food was very delicios. Service was great. There is a large shared parking lot. I can see that at times there was a lot of traffic there. A solid 4 stars. I'm definitely back.
Delicious food and excellent service. One of our favorite places for me This restaurant has everything you would expect from a high price at reasonable prices. Warm, cozy atmosphere with smiling, really happy employees who welcome you at the door. The food is half and big. The Lambry, without question, is the best on the east coast (I have not yet tried the west coast)! The cook himself checked us personally several times. We really felt at home. recommend this place. We will be there regularly!!
Chef Ismet always goes out of his way to make sure the food is wonderful. He is one of the finest chefs in the area and the food is always fresh, imaginative, flavorful and the portions are great. His flavors and seasoning are great and his classical approach to the cuisine is very refreshing. It is a small restaurant and fills up fast, so try to go early. When they get very busy, just like any place, the service can be slow, but this should be expected. He's inviting you into his home and expects you to stay a while. Take your time, have some wine, enjoy the Sarma, Istanbul Blue Platter, the fresh bread. We always have Doner Kebab, Adana Kebab, Iskender Kebab. Incik Kebab (Lamb Shank). The Lentil soup, Lahmacun and eggplant appetizer are also favorites. We've never had a bad meal and have been going to his restaurant for almost 2 decades.
