Hawaii Poke Ramen Victoria,tx

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the availability can be unpredictable. We stopped by on a Saturday night only to find a sign on the door stating they were sold out. It's disappointing to see a restaurant fail at their main job of serving food. After being in business for years, one would expect them to have a better handle on their inventory. Proceed with caution if you're willing to risk leaving hungry.

I absolutely love Chicken Pad Thai at this restaurant. The egg rolls are amazing and the smoothies are delicious.

We waited in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes and still did not receive our order. No one came to the window to explain the delay to us. We had to knock on the window to get someone's attention, and they were extremely rude when they finally acknowledged us. The customer service was very poor, especially when one of the employees was overheard saying they didn't care what their co-worker did as long as they hurried up. We ended up leaving the drive-thru and going inside to request a refund. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Walked in. Ignored at the counter by staff. Finally was greeted and placed my order for Ramen. Sat at a table and watched 2 tables who came in after me get their ramen. After about 5 more minutes I went and asked if they’d forgotten my order. The young lady checked with kitchen. Found out they gave my food to one of the other tables. He ordered spicy soy, me tonkatsu. Server went to his table and took my tonkatsu from him and disposed of it. 5 more minutes pass and she brings him the spicy soy he ordered. I’m still sitting here without food and had time to type this out.

I'm not even done eating and I had to stop to write this review great food, awesome people.
