Wonderful structure made from a skilfully renovated and expanded cabin. monica, the hostess, welcomes guests with kindness and professionalism offering quality food at km zero, cooked without frills but with great care. here you will find healthy, good and genuine food, as well as appreciate a human warmth of other times. The hut is situated on a suggestive plateau, with a magnificent view of the beautiful valley. the possibilities of walking are not lacking, since from here a series of paths of varying difficulty start.

Is a beautiful place and the managers are really nice. You will not regret it!

We decided Wednesday at noon thinking where to go to re-temprarci as Thursday was party . the first place that came to mind was this. you eat well, the staff is super friendly and the lovely place. thanks for the beautiful day

Been here in mid August.. was supposed to be very crowded, but I found the tables and space well spaced and appropraite (it might be that I got used to getting crammed up in London). The cuisine is very simple, all local fresh food, I believe one of the cheeses was a day old. As it is a local re-visitation of a alpine refuge/shelter, do not expect an elaborate food presentation, what you see is what you get, and I must admit it is very good. Some time simplicity beets the nouvelle cusine! Again, as you are at around 1k in height the cuisine is tipical from the mountains, polenta, sausacce and wild boar. Even the ice cream with fruit comes from the near by ice cream parlor. It was a great atmosphere, friendly and simple staff but attentive to our needs. Must reccomend, but go with little expectations and you will have a wonderful experience!! PS. Rember they ONLY have a fixed menu, and they ONLY accept CASH!!!

I have eaten at this restaurant several times not only is the location stunning but the food is out of this world all freshly prepared and plenty of it! They tend to offer a set menu made up of several courses all washed down with an excellent house wine make sure you haven't eaten too much before you go and pace yourself! Worth booking as it can and does get very busy and is not open every day. Would highly recommend.
