I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The prices are great and the subs are excellent! Today, I went in and ordered three large subs - an eggplant Parm, a steak and cheese, and a turkey sub for my daughter. We also bought two drinks from the cooler. The total came out to about $35, which I believe is a reasonable price for the quality of food we received. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be... View all feedback.
What Dana Buckingham doesn't like about Vestal Bakery Deli:
The staff at this restaurant give off a suspicious vibe that makes you feel like you're going to steal from them. I have spent a significant amount of money on fishing equipment and lures at this establishment. However, it takes a long time for someone to unlock the case holding the lures, and once they do, they rush you to make a quick decision so they can move on. I am tired of feeling like I am being treated as if... View all feedback.
Yall made my Easter cheat day fabulous!!!! Ur Easter bread is the best I've ever eaten!!! Anise and raisins..YUM. 10/10
Usually the food is really great here, tonight was a disappointment. Ordered chicken fingers- got burnt 5 oz chicken filet cut in half. Wings over cooked and no dipping sauce (asked for ranch instead of bc), thought maybe they got confused as we didn’t need the sauce for the fingers but still got a bag of celery soaked in wing sauce along with my seat that now is covered in wing sauce as the container leaked all over. We normally love the pizza it was a bit undercooked but not horrible tonight. Over $50 for barley edible food.
Great food pizza wings subs but I ordered the Chicken parm sub and it was horrible. Super salty and I would not ever order again. But that said every else has always been delicious
Mentioned this to a worker and asked her why the pizza had so much sauce with no cheese. Her answer was…that’s what happens when we cut it. There’s nothing we can do about the cheese pulling away when cut the pizza. Simple answer don’t drowned the pizza with sauce and not add the cheese!! Treat your customers with respect and take care of them!!
I can’t understand why the employees fight you so hard about heating up food that was in the warmer, even if you’re having slices heated up at the same time. They literally refuse and argue with you about it. The warmer keeps it lukewarm at best. Just put it in the oven to freshen it up, especially if the customer is asking. Pizza isn’t good anyways.
