I had the big brown burger, as it was featured by Guy Fieri. I didn't think it was anything special. It was a decent burger, however I've had better burgers elsewhere, including bars in the area for less money. View all feedback.
What Sharyl Emberton doesn't like about Wallace Station Deli And Bakery Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews:
The food is great, especially the inside out hot brown sandwich. But the outside area is filthy. We arrived at 11 am and the tables, chairs and floor outside were very dirty. We tried to clean a table with many napkins and water but it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Very disappointing especially compared to her other restaurants. View all feedback.
Highly recommend!!! Delicious food...great overall place to eat!

My husband and I ate lunch at Wallace Station after our Rail Explorers excursion. We enjoyed our lunch. The food was tasty. The inside is small but does have several booth seating options. The outdoor dining is much larger and seemed to be the favorite amongst all the customers. I ordered the Kentucky Cobb Salad with the Sorghum Vinegarette and my husband ordered the Catfish basket. You order at the counter when you walk in. It is set up like an old farmhouse diner and I really enjoyed that atmosphere. They have fresh bakery desserts in a case from a local nearby bakery and we really liked that all the food is locally raised and grown. It is located within beautiful horse farm land and we will definitely be back and try dining outside. Maybe less flies because they would have more room...lol. Our food was delicious. The staff was polite and quick with service especially given the fact we were there during busy lunch time. They were rolling orders out quickly.
Wallace Station is the best place to stop for food if you are traveling on Old Pike Road. The history of the building is interesting, the sandwiches great, and the atmosphere comfortable. We ate outside and really enjoyed our time there.
We found this place a few years ago when we were down visiting from Michigan and this place has stuck with us ever since. We made sure to save this place on facebook and in maps. A couple of weekends ago, we were back in Lexington and I made sure to come back here. Twice! I wish we had a place like this back home. It’s so good. The service is top notch and the entire experience is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. The food is to die for. 100/10 highly recommend! The Santa Anita Club is our absolute favorite. The catfish is great, but I love the club lol.
