The Gig At Turning Stone Resort Casino

Customer service here is a thing of the past. Three times I came to my room and had cleaner with the key. Two times I was naked and once in the bathroom. If you drive tractor trailers, they don't want you there. You do not pick up from the parking lot or allow you to park in the parking lot at the casino.

I booked this hotel a month in advance for an event and tried to book dinner reservations required for groups of 5 or more. After several emails to the accommodation specialists phone calls to the hotel that have just stopped me, I ended the reservations at the hotel dinner that I could not book. I would never stay here! Customer service is terrible!

The first day when I went out to Turning Stone casino, it was awful. B4 I went there a few months ago my aunt told me not to go to Turning Stone casino, cause they had lost all there money. But da only reason why I went out therebecause it was my birthday, I would not give this sorry ass casino a 5 star, or 4 star. They don't deserve a high rate from me I will never go back out to Turning Stone casino, again that was my first time and it'll be my last all I did was wasted my damn time going to that sorry ass casino. When I went out there 4 my b-day 4 da first time at least they should've let me win a lot of money 4 da first time. My aunt was right about Turning Stone casino, they are not good they are a rip off just taking people damn money I wouldn't never refer no body to go to Turning Stone casino, never horrible, horrible, horrible.

Not great. Rooms were good both Lodge and Tower. No issues there. They claim Skana is an elite massage place, but it was nothing to brag home about. We had to get to the airport (Syracuse and no cars, Ubers, Lyfts, taxis are available before 7am. The three staff were not will to help. The hotel has no solution for guests if they need to leave before 6am. However, the valet guys were great (3rd party company not associated with the hotel ; their service was fantastic and they help us find a solution.
