We are seniors and like a quieter atmosphere in order to have discussion. Therefore, we requested the bar area booth seating that tends to be less noisy. This was perfect for us. We had asked for this particular seating in our e-mail but they seemed unaware. Fortunately they had an empty booth in the area requested. View all feedback.
What Mike Dociu doesn't like about Carrabba's Italian Grill:
This restaurant should not participate in OpenTable since they don't honor reservations. They consider an OpenTable reservation the same as calling ahead to be put on a waiting list. That is not what a reservation is. View all feedback.
Came here with my husband it was his first time and we loved it. Our server/host Mary R was beyond fantastic.She was very nice, professional, outgoing, caring and friendly. She definitely made us want to come back. Especially for her to be our server. She had us feeling like family very comfortable at all times. When it came to checking on the food which was very satisfying, drink refills, upselling and desert options, she was on point. The manager Kim was also on top of her staff as well. You could tell she is a good a manager,because she as well as the employees were all smiles the whole time. They all worked great as a team. Effectively and everything was smooth sailing. If I was looking for a job, This would be my place of choice.
Jamie was a very friendly and attentive server. We didn’t have to ask for anything, she was in top of all of the drinks, apps and finally the meal. I am a bit disappointed in the food. Something has changed. I used to work for the brand years ago and it was exceptional fresh food with attractive presentation. I don’t know what has happened o we the years. I ordered the trio for almost $28 and the 3 pieces of meat did not even add up to 1 chicken breast. I ordered with broccoli that looked and tasted like microwave steam in the bag. Anyways, the food left ALOT to be desired but the service was impeccable.
Julie was our waitress and she was beyond wonderful. Along with exceptional service she has a wonderful personality that made the experience so much better. The food was amazing and the manager Caroline was beyond helpful and even talked us into dessert! Best new year's eve ever.
The waiter was super friendly, but not very tentive. The communication between management and employees, Is not very good. My family and I don't go out very often and I had to go to the waiter 3 different times for different items that we needed for our table. Working out our check with gift cards was a disaster. I will not be returning again.
Had the best dinner tonight. Lobster ravioli was great! However the ribeye was to die for. I even tipped the cook) it's hard to find a good steak. $10 take home meals are made fresh as well. Linda was an amazing server. First time here. Will definitely be back. P.S. pomegranate martini
