Great location. Love coming here for a bite with my friends. All the staff are incredibly friendly. Jessica was my server recently and was OUTSTANDING! She was extremely kind, attentive, and kept a smile the whole time. She was very personable and make our experience that much better. Huge fan of their waffle fries (get them loaded! Will be back soon.

The Vernon Friendly’s has always been one of my go-to places, whether it’s to hang out with friends and grab a quick sundae, or sit down with family for a quick, and easy dinner meal. I have nothing but great things to say about their employees as well; Jessica in particular is extremely sweet, knowledgeable, patient and attentive to all her guests!

Grew up in Andover , Mass but live in Fla last 25 yrs. We grew up with Friendly's and our dear friend Ben Doherty's best friend from UMass was Corporate Controller for Friendlys for years. My grand daughter lives in Glastonbury and we took her for the afternoon. My son is in ICU in Hartford and we are praying for a Liver Transplant ..God willing. Glad to see Friendly's surviving. Such a great , consistent brand and I know it's been a struggle. Thanks for persisting. God bless all your employees and continued success. Rob Wilde
