Mcdonald's - Vernal

In the inner not for the breakfast probs because of the personalization so whatew opened. good service independent. but both burgers we commanded legit looked so terrible, I wondered if they were sitting for an hour before serving. the pommes were like the burger lukewarm. I don't eat twice a year at mcdonalds and today I was reminded of why.

Out of convivence, I visit this McDonalds a lot. Great staff. Once in a while I might have a minor mistake, but nothing to doc stars over. They fix it without questions asked. I'm satisfied.

I made a mobile order and picked up curdside. Immediately they brought me the wrong order as soon as I pulled up, no biggie. I let the employee kindly know that it wasn't my order and she tried to argue with me. Still not a big deal. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Another lady pulled into curbside pick up after these 20 minutes went inside and immediately came back out with her order. I had to walk inside to get my order after I'd spoken to an employee and checked in on the app 20+ minutes prior. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. If you can't properly offer services then don't offer them.

Looking for a zero star but they don't have it they don't even deserve one every time we go in the Drive-Thru doesn't matter who is there could be your grandma there and she will have an attitude with you by the way McDonald's lost their crispy fry now it's soggy and their food is very plain I hate McDonald's

This is thee most disgusting horrible place in the Basin. They should be ashamed. We went on a Sunday at 11 am. We literally were the only people inside aside from another family eating at the table. The teenager that took our order was rude and very incompetent from the get go!!! Their Co2 was out, understandable. So no sodas big deal. But it took over 20 minutes before I went to the counter to ask where our simple order was. All I was told was they were sorry and understaffed, yet everyone in the drive thru was being helped left and right. Waited another 5 mins to be told the same thing. Meanwhile a blonde employee was wiping her face and touching her nose and mouth and placing food into bags. Our order was dropped then reput into the bag. I asked for the manager and got a refund. She didn't even seem to care how upset their customers were. That's the last time we go there. Disgusted!!!!!!
