Subway - Ventura

Was in the bathroom for 5 minutes when one of the staff started banging on the door and telling me that someone else needed to use it, also very rude at times

I go here after school and buy from this location. The older lady I'm guessing manager is very rude and eyes anybody below the age of 17 down even if they have a bought something. They will tell you to leave directly after your done eating the place is always empty so no one person sitting down isn't ruining it for others . Also, there was another girl who kicked me out when I just walked in and I thought of her as a Karen and I didn't even get to order.

I walked in today there were no customers. 2 employees saw me walk towards the bathroom I'm 6 months pregnant and it's very obvious. The bathroom was locked so I had to ask for a key and one of the workers asked me if I was gonna buy anything and questioned me again if I was really gonna buy anything. Just because someone has to use the restroom doesn't mean that they're not buying anything. I find it beyond trashy and rude to not let people use the bathroom. And yes a bought a sandwich.

They are all very rude had a coupon asked them to explain the coupon on what i can get and what I can’t. And they yelled at me explaining rudely when i asked to repeat themselves. And when I didn’t understand they would all look at each other and whisper when i am cleary standing there hearing them. Will not be coming back here again. Unprofessional.

My recent trip to Subway was very pleasant and clean. The staff was great, friendly, prompt and helpful.I got #8 The Great Garlic or something like that, it's a new item on the menu, I got it exactly as it shows on the board, it was delicious!!!!! This is my new favorite Subway and Sandwich!!!!!
