Carl's Jr. - Ventura

Carl's is my favorite of all the fast food burger places.

We get the Famous Star all the time. The employees here are very nice. Only thing, there was a step van in front of me who obviously ordered for several others in their vehicle so it took a lot longer than normal. I think it would be better if they went inside to place their order. They could have gotten 3 cars or 5 by the time they were done. Just saying..

Very good banana cream cheese cake they have many different types to choose from.

I went in for coffee and was pleased to find hot and steaming. Yes, coffee was exceptionally good today. The drive-thru took forever too...well, it’s the Oxnard.

My visit was quite satisfactory. It took about five minutes for anyone to take my order, as the only person at the counter was also managing the drive-thru. However, placing my order went smoothly, and my food was prepared fairly quickly. Previously, this Carl's Jr. was the worst location I had visited, with an unpleasant odor and unfriendly staff. Fortunately, they've made improvements—the place is cleaner now, and the employees seem much friendlier. Overall, they’ve made significant progress in the right direction.
