The location and facilities are very nice, but the service was horrible, especially the owner/manager who was very unpleasant. I went to spend 2 nights relaxing with my 7 year old daughter, but we left after the first night, mainly because the owner was so unpleasant that she completely ruined the experience. 1 hour before arriving they sent us a message saying that there was a breakdown in the restaurant (which we later found out was not true; they had entered into a conflict with those at the restaurant) and that they were going to cut off the service for the next 2 weeks. Considering it's a very small town, there are very few eating options, so that's a big hassle, especially with small children. However, the owner didn't want to give us any discount, she was very rude and didn't offer any alternative catering or food delivery service, she didn't even apologize. When we asked to stay 2 hours after checkout time so my daughter could use the pool because I had spent most of the morning talking to the owner and staff about this inconvenience and trying to find a place to eat, they They refused even though the hotel was almost empty.
