Wendy's - Vaughan

This Wendy's location in the neighborhood is the worst. The workers are rude and unhelpful, the food tastes stale and strange, and they are always slow in the drive-thru. I suggest visiting a different Wendy's instead.

A friend of mine found a bug in his burger at this restaurant on June 4, 2023, around 9pm. The manager handled the situation poorly, blaming my friend for the bug and refusing to provide a refund. It was a disgusting experience, I have never encountered such poor service where the customer is blamed for food quality issues. The staff at this restaurant should be retrained or replaced.

This restaurant provides the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff is unprofessional, not all employees wear gloves or hairnets, and they mixed up our order and even laughed about it.

No tomatoes is not that hard to remember is it? The only wendys where there is consistently problems due to either stupidity or rudeness from the staff

As usual, burger is great.I hope they have sweet potato fires like in A&W!
