I enjoyed everything I ordered from here. very tasteful and well made. beautiful presentation. some of the best vegan food in the opposite. the vegan pizza indian style was amazing. even my nonvegane fly enjoyed it. I also have pebbles, poutins and wings. all very good! updated by previous review on 2021-12-22 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Veggie Planet:
they serve storage cakes that were heated in a microwave (they did not even accumulate it to remove it from a foil bowl.) the nuggets are clear businessbought gardein nuggets that we regularly eat home, served with a $2 walmart chili sauce... we did not even eat here and went to a View all feedback.
The Kawa Nuggets are really beautiful, good balance of crunchy, taste (small sweet and a little warmth) and beautiful filling. Have had the stanza (definitely a no) while the panzo and the pizzas are pretty good. If you are looking for a real Indian pizza probably other spots that do it better, but this can at least try on the list. Noodle birthday and Kawa Burger are both good. Nothing that will blow you away, but you don't let yourself feel disappointed. Would recommend it as a place to try at least once.
Amazing food, not too pricy when considering vegan food, the only thing id say could improve was their variety of both western food and indian food. they have two locations, but i find the quality of the Vaughan one is much better
I recently visited this restaurant with my family and we tried the Masala Pizza, Cheese Pizza, fries, Onion Rings, and Mango Shake. The pizzas were average, tasting like they were store-bought and cooked from frozen. However, the sauce was very flavorful, which was a positive surprise. The fries were good and the Onion Rings were crispy and delicious, definitely a highlight. The Mango Shake was also well-prepared and refreshing, better than the dairy lassis typically offered. Overall, a decent experience with some standout menu items.
This restaurant offers a variety of Indian fusion street foods with plenty of options to choose from. If you're new to the restaurant, I suggest trying their pizza which features a thin and flavorful crust with fresh toppings. All menu items are 100% vegetarian, with Daiya cheese available upon request. The veggie burgers are also a delicious option with flavorful options and decent portion sizes. The service is friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant serves pre-packaged pies heated in a microwave (without even removing them from the foil container). The nuggets appear to be store-bought Gardein nuggets, which we often have at home, and are served with a $2 Walmart chili sauce. We didn't even finish our meal here, choosing to go to A&W instead.
