However, availability of seasonal dishes may be limited and automatic 18% service charge can be off-putting for small parties. Some diners experienced issues with reservation charges and lack of communication on pricing changes. Despite delays and lack of acknowledgments for special occasions, the friendly staff and lively ambiance make for an enjoyable dining experience. The all-you-can-eat food is praised for its quality and variety, though service speed can be an issue. Overall, the restaurant provides a vibrant atmosphere with delicious food, but some logistical improvements may be needed.
The food is good. But after 30-40 minutes of eating, they barely come to your table to cut steak. They just come and ask do you need or like anything and when you ask them about something it takes them at least 10 minutes to bring it, There’s a 2 hour limit of eating, but they barely serve u anything during that time.
I had my birthday dinner here with my fiancé. Food and service was excellent. My main complaint were the amount of fruit flies all around us! I have never encountered that in a restaurant where we ate inside and not on a patio. They were all around our wine, food, faces and it put a damper on the whole experience and was very unpleasant. Despite that, we would go back but maybe in the winter when fruit fly season is over.
Came to visit on a Friday evening, with a reservation for a group of 6, to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday. We were seated promptly comfortably, and had the table beside the live performer and TVs, so an extra plus for the added free entertainment. This facility is much smaller compared to their downtown location, however they offer a la carte menu options that get served and brought to your table instead of a buffet bar. Prices are usually cheaper during the weekday and goes up a few dollars on weekends and during holidays. So plan ahead, and make reservations if you want to celebrate something in the facility. Atmosphere: 4 out of 5The servers were great and came by pretty often with the buffet options. They always asked if there are items that we wanted, and they never disappointed and hooked us up with whatever items we requested. Service: 4 out of 5Meat options are delicious, some might be too rare for other people's liking, but I recommend asking the servers for more cooked cuts if desired. My recommendation for steak cuts are picanha brazil, prime rib with cheddar, parmesan filet mignon, top sirloin, and their flank steak. I also enjoyed their side dishes and salads, I recommend getting the chimichurri dips for your meats, if you're looking fir an extra flavour as well as some cassava fries and feijoada for some good carby starches. Food: 4 out of 5Overall always a great experience whenever I visit. Would recommend coming to visit here at least once to exoerience the vibe and good eats.Parking: Located in a plaza, with free plaza parking. The plaza does get busy with multiple businesses on site, so prepare to drive around to look for a spot during busy hours.Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of gluten free options. Menus are labelled clearly for any other dietary restrictions.
Food was great but the service wasn’t good. We ordered sweet potatoes and had to remind the waitress 3 times and it finally came at the end of our meal. She didn’t check in with us and we constantly asked for our orders and drinks. On the other hand the servers were phenomenal! We advised him that we like well done meats and he made sure that we would have well done meats at our table.
You're in for a treat, their meat's perfectly well-done. The service is stellar too. If you're around and craving some top-notch grub, make sure you drop by. Definitely worth it!
