Great place, great stuff. I went in to get some tallow and ended up spending some time browsing what they had. Nice, clean, Pasteur raised, grass fed you name it. Will definitely be a regular. First time at this butcher, the cuts of meat are not cut even . the first thing the guy did was to up sell me to the most expensive steak haha , the meat is cut in a way to rip you off .They lost my business and also the friends I would of sent. Won’t be back View all feedback.

New owners are fantastic, called in to have some meat set aside, they prepared me an order fresh and were so pleasant to deal with. Not to mention how delicious the meat was. There 75/25 ground beef is PERFECT for smash burgers. 10/10 recommend. Support this business
Definitely a go to place to get fresh meats, great cuts, and you know where it is sourced! I highly recommend to anyone!
Stopped by to pick up some steaks for my anniversary dinner and left with cooking tips and a beautiful cut
