I had a great little airport breakfast here! Food came out piping hot and the service was excellent and efficient even with the restaurant full and only one person working as server and bartender (Chad, he was amazing! Underwhelming. The decor is dated, walls need painting, tile needs cleaned, our table was sticky, our wait staff was harried, and our chips and guac devoid of flavor. Let me begin by saying that I rarely write reviews, but this one was absolutely necessary. My server was a total nightmare. She was inattentive and seemed annoyed when I requested plastic utensils because the others were dirty. She never checked in to see if I needed anything. I definitely did not enjoy my time here. And the food was subpar. And make it so bad, they were gossiping for other guest. Bad for business for sure.

Walked into the airport location and right away the lady verbally attacked me and my wife. Say started with can you read the sign that say wait to be seated. So we waited for like 10 minutes. She finally comes back and says she has no tables, so a gentleman was leaving a high top and says they can have mine, she continues it doesn't matter I have six tables to wait on and they'll probably not get any service. 3 other couples walk out while listening to her bad attitude and comments. I travel through Dayton once a month and this has been the worst service there. If it wasn't for being the only open spot, most people wouldn't put up the attitudes of most of the wait staff. This review is for Jannelle, the bartender working on 04-01-2024 at 7:37 pm. I ordered 2 double Tito, 1 club soda with cranberry splash, and 1 with diet Coke. It took you approximately 40 seconds to fulfill my order. Because it was a double, total of 37.98 tax. I left you 3 dollars plus change. Evidently, you expected a higher percentage of the total amount. You came back and returned your UN-satisfied tip left for the 40-second service you provided which caused me an embarrassing circumstance. Expecting a minimum of 18% of a bar bill in a first-time bar is an unrealistic expectation. I'm just saying!
