While some found the food to be lackluster, with dishes like spicy pork and beef soup not meeting expectations, others enjoyed the flavors and variety offered on the lunch menu. The service seemed to be hit or miss, with some customers praising the friendly staff while others complained about misrepresentation and lackluster service. Overall, the restaurant seems to cater to a diverse crowd, with some enjoying the cozy and minimalist atmosphere, prompt service, and delicious food, while others found the experience underwhelming. Despite some mixed reviews, Sura seems to be a popular spot for those looking to try Korean cuisine in the area.
Love this place! Good prices and good service! And of course amazing dishes! HIGHLY recommend:
Came literally Ice cold, I know with delivery I wasnt expecting piping hot like when theyre in an actual stone bowl but this was just disgusting. Also everything tasted old, especially the tofu was severally dry. Save your money.
Rice is cold and portion is too small, just half of the small bowl
The japchae was a big miss for me. The meat smelled rancid which has never happened before. Usually, Sura dishes are amazing. But at $25 a dish, I expected better. The galbi tang was hearty nd delicious though.
The food are spicy but delicious. The selections are simple to understand. The server Hyundai is very friendly. And smiley and have patience to explain the menu. Parking might be a challenge otherwise reserve time to find a spot nearby.
