Sen Pad Thai - Vancouver

The noodles are tasty- the actual noodles they use are good and tasty. I asked for less grease because it’s greasy. My issue was that it’s overpriced and they could be cleaner etc. I think the glass noodles they use are amazing but the general appeal of the place could use lots of work. I ordered the pad see ew because it was recommended. Was I blown away for 20 dollars at a take out place? No.

The takeout container was only half filled and this isn't a cheap place, you're paying a minimum $20 for this. Taste was average but spicy. You're asked to tip before you even receive the service, would customers who tip get a proper dish and the rest not?

Incredible dishes for Kra Pao with crispy pork belly and Thai Tea. They are all real thai cuisine.

It used to be my favorite spot, but when I went today, it was nothing like I remembered. The cashier was on her phone and didn't even look to see if there were any customers. I tried to say hello three or four times and she couldn't hear me. Furthermore, I ordered Pad Ga Pao, which was overly salty. It appears that they altered the recipe or the cooker. Overall, I would advise the manager to consider staff training in the areas of service and recipe.
