Today I ordered Enchiladas, chicken mole. For my taste, they were way too hot, as in with too much hot pepper. This hides the more subtle tastes of a good mole, which is what I was looking for. The side Guacamole was fine and so were the chips and rice, and the beans were so-so. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Casita Gastown:
They have good quesadillas and tortilla soup. Service however is a little unpredictable. There is better Mexican spots in the city. Also prices are a little high for the quality of food/drinks they serve. View all feedback.
Very authentic, very affordable, great atmosphere. good portion sizes and very good eating. faster service!
Great place to eat. good selection of tequilas. I also like the personal. I will come back often
We have tried some Mexican foods here and the food has proven to be absolutely brilliant. this is the first time we tried to eat Mexicans and it was the word the decision to choose this place.
At the first attempt this place it will not look my last I ordered the very delicious super tortilla suppe and the fantastic beef burrito meal I give the food 10/10 they also have a very addictive bottle green habanero hot soße on the table it has good heat and fantastic taste, the service was fantastic (we should recommend smiling and not run around with grumpy)
Great food and I'm from El Paso. I have eaten Mexican food all over and this was very very good.
