Wow this was such a nice find. We haven’t been to Vancouver in years so are trying new restaurants. We had lunch here coming as it just opened at 11:30. Beautiful patio. Attentive friendly service. The food was just stunning. The Caesar salad was big enough to share and has some of the best dressing I’ve ever had. A mix nice lettuces. Really well done. A must do.We then had pasta dishes. I had the special penne vodka with mushrooms. Just fantastic. Almost a creamy Arrabbiata sauce. We also had the squid ink pasta with seafood. This was really quite something. A number of baby clams, several nice scallops and several jumbo shrimps that could masquerade as baby lobster. A big dish and really quite impressive. We didn’t have dessert as we were stuffed.We will return. Loved it.

The Caesar salad was crisp and fresh and garnished with roasted capers for a twist. My husband ordered the Cacio e Pepe with lobster made in the cheese wheel table side.I had a linguini special with lobster. We topped off the meal with delicious chocolate filled zepole. The music was nice, the patio delightful, and our server was great!

While we received decent service, I am giving this low review because we tried their feature dish consisting of four formaggi ravioli agnolotti (bite size) and three pieces of duck breast meat that was $140. The server didn’t tell us the price and while we also didn’t ask, we assumed (not unreasonably) that it would be in the ballpark of their secondi options on the menu. This one dish was more than double, and I repeat, all it was, was four formaggi tortellini and three pieces of duck breast. All of this is to say, we felt ripped off because neither quality nor quantity could justify that price point. We definitely will not come back and will let others know.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, seated under the lovely patio. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious. The patio was beautifully decorated with a floral ceiling, providing shade and ambiance.
