The frozen yogurt was so good the checkout/registration was very nice and friendly and even lety daughters choose their spoon colors and once they had this special picture on the frozen yogurt cup, my daughters said name. It was the name of a video game. (My daughters are Genesis) View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Menchie's Hazel Dell:
I?m giving two stars instead of one because their frozen yogurt is good, no complaints with the quality of the food. That being said, not impressed with the customer service. Apparently they?ve changed owners. I had a voucher for a free ice cream cake which they refused to honor. It has no expiration date on it and says nothing about having a time limit for use. They refused to let me use it which does not incline me... View all feedback.
The grandchildren love their menchies. They're healthy for them. You chose treats without sugar additive I like this

First time here in a few years and I love the new facility!! The candy served in disposable cups, unlike a bin with a pot was a great idea, it feels much more sanitary and all the beats are super fresh: (Pineapple Dole Whip for victory, it is delicious!
I received a gift card and was happy to find out that this Menchie?s was not too far from my home! My husband was happy to find out that they served Dole Whip. We brought the kids to get Froyo and they were happy with the prices. Pay attention to three small to medium-sized portions for around $15. The kids didn't get crazy with the napkins so they might have saved us? This location has a variety of frozen yogurt, and most of the toppings are in small plastic single cups that you can sniff and add to your fro-yo. I assume this is a new change since Covid, as it definitely reduces the part of the nap devices. They also had a variety of fresh chopped fruits and topping sauces that were buffet style. Everyone was happy with his treats, service was decent and prices were not crazy. Question?

They refused to let me use it which does not incline me to return to spend money here. Honoring my voucher would have secured them a customer for life. Seems like that would have been worth the cost of a small cake many times over. I?ll take my business to one of the many other frozen yogurt places in Vancouver instead.
