Applebee's Grill - Vancouver

Family of 4. Sunday evening at 5pm. Happy hour. Appetizers were good. Service was good. The best part was that we didnt feel rushed to leave and had some great family time together.

I'd be zero if I could. to walk around 5:25 waited and waited for a table party of 5. there were 3 tables we could see that they were open. they sat at 5:56 clock and was told that the 6 watch happy hour was over, so we could not get the half price starter. our drinks were refilled only after the evening meal was finished. my food came 15 minutes later, then my family. my chicken and sweet were all burned and I almost burned my mouth on the kartoffels. the personal seems to be as if it doesn't matter to them and even the payment was an unorganized error.

This happened on 3/29/22 at 21 o'clock. this is especially for the server renee l. I would like to say that they really hate my children applebee. they treated them as if they did not exist. as if they were troubled that they were eating there. they didn't feel. they served first, although they ordered their food before them, and when they order more food, they looked irritated. they have treated other customers with smiles and even made talks. but had a B-face when you went to her table. they weren't even done that you brought them. get them to eat customer service straight. all people with respect. should not serve, they are also disturbed by others.

Let down again! We order our steak raw every time and they continue to over cook it! I was surprising my husband with takeout for Valentine’s Day and his dinner was burnt… both steaks over cooked. I requested they both be RARE. I don’t know why I continue to waste my money. We’ve lived here for 12 years in this neighborhood and this location has just gotten worse with their food and service. That’s my last order… I will find someplace else to spend my hard earned money!
