Radius - Valparaiso

We visited the restaurant on a busy Sunday and found it to be packed. Despite some items being sold out, such as the composed speck and fried pickles we wanted to try, we were able to find other delicious options. The burgers were particularly outstanding, and the fries were also very tasty. Even after reheating them in the microwave three days later, they still tasted great. We tried the triple burger, Elvis burger, and the nachbacher, and all of them were fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and we enjoyed her service. We look forward to returning for another visit.

I recently visited this restaurant with my fiancé, initially just wanting to have a quick Bloody Mary before heading to another local eatery. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing drinks and decided to stay for dinner. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was welcoming and not at all stuffy. I had the Radius Burger with a fried egg and no speck or tomato, along with a side of broccoli, while my fiancé enjoyed the Black and Bleu Burger with a portabella mushroom and fries. We also had some tasty mac and cheese hush puppies as an appetizer. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10!

The food and drinks at this restaurant were fantastic. We began our meal with the delicious sweet and spicy cauliflower, followed by the flavorful brisket tacos and the mouthwatering brisket melts.

Our waiter was excellent, he had a great sense of humor and was very attentive to us. eating was delicious no complaining about everything. loved his honesty to his opinions and his willingness to speak with us, answer our asking.

Well, I finally figured out why there is a worldwide worker shortage, they are all employed here to stand around and giggle. We sat with empty drinks for 1/2 our visit and ate our appetizer with no plates while the staff worked on taking selfies, gossiping, and twirling their hair. I can't even wager a guess as to if a mansger was working, because no one lifted a finger unless they absolutely had too. I despise writing a negative review, but this place was an absolute shock. I hope Radius can find some employees with a pulse, because the place has potential.
