that's my favorite Indian restaurant. better than my experiences in the Balti triangle in birmingham, which says a lot. I am lacto-ovo, so I am not sure what the vegan options are, but the vegetarian dishes are all great, especially the chole peshwari, wind wiper tikka masala and adraki dingri. as they can see, my palate is not exactly aligned with the traditional and authentic Indian dishes, but I enjoyed everything... What User doesn't like about Mughal Palace:
Under-average ambience. We ordered Milajhula in appetizer that was really bad. Pakora was burned and stinking. We left the court quite untouched. Our main courses were chicken, fish curry and Dal, which were good. Naan was good, rice coming with the main dish was not good. Prices are average. I won't recommend this place. View all feedback.

Delicious and fresh tasting. Warm service and a great variety make this a great addition to Albany's food scene. We will always return.
Came here for dinner after a visit to Kensico Dam Park, which is conveniently located around the corner. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. Our waters were always filled and the food came out in time. We have the tikka masala and murgh muglai. Both were very tasty, although I wish the tikka masala sauce was a bit thicker. Naan and rice were delicious and in very good portions that are difficult to find! Overall a great find and will definitely return.

The first time, Mughal Palace tried with my colleagues. One was Indian, so we followed some recommendations for the order and they were all solid. The gobi for appetizer is formed together with lamb vindaloo and chicken tikka masala with two different heat levels. One was mild and the second was the regular order. Boy, the spices in the regular order brought me and I was happy to stay on my mild. The staff was super helpful and was very clear when we asked how spicy dishes were. I appreciate that because you realized that you wanted to enjoy their food, what we all did. If you are looking for a great Indian food in the area, stop by. It's fast and delicious.
