Great place where you can admire a beautiful view from the Pisan mountains to the sea, and a great welcome made by Monica. You can enjoy excellent cheeses from goat to first salt or an excellent mozzarella of Rosina. Cheeses made with raw milk and produced in full respect of the ecological habits of animals avoiding unjustified suffering.

The opportunity to enjoy this lovely place was a dinner with friends. Monica warmly welcomed us in its beautiful estate where you can enjoy a beautiful view. The environment is treated in detail, cozy, cared for and quiet. Here you can literally enjoy the privilege of eating delicious dishes, cooked as once, with passion, according to tradition, with excellent raw materials. The chain is very short, for example cheeses, jams, vegetables, pasta, oil, are all products of the farm managed by Monica, unforgettable. I also noticed a lot of attention from Monica to networking with other local realities for selected products, all strictly selected and quality. I highly recommend that you enjoy such a beautiful experience.
