Havana Savannah - Valencia

I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars. The service, quality, and friendly faces at the drive-thru window are always excellent. They always know my order as soon as I pull up. I value genuine relationships and Havana Savannah is the top choice for me!

The service is fantastic and the location is great. The only thing missing is a higher counter for picking up drinks. If you want to see the names on the drinks, you have to almost kneel down. People are sensitive about others touching their drinks, and it's difficult to check the names while standing up. Please consider installing a higher counter for pick-up drinks. The service at this restaurant is always top-notch! The holiday decorations create a welcoming atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious!

On our way to Los Angeles, we made a pit stop at this cafe for some cafe con leche. They also offer other delicious food and sweet bread. I only tried the coffee, but the cashier was very friendly. The ambiance is reminiscent of Starbucks, but quieter. I will definitely be returning soon.

I used to love this restaurant, but my opinion changed after my most recent visit. I asked for oat milk in my drink instead of regular milk and was charged an extra dollar for it. I don't think it's fair to pay extra for a substitution that should be included in the price. I won't be returning to this place.
