The front desk at my hotel recommended El Cauce, and since I was exhausted from the group orientation tour of Valencia, I figured it was one less thing I had to research. I dined here on one Saturday evening, the service was fairly good, and I was seated on the patio. The view from the patio towards Gran Via del Marques del Turia is quite pleasing.
