What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
The staff was not very friendly and many of the entrees were missing or undercooked. Surprisingly, part of my dish was cold despite being served on top of a hot plate. My companion asked for unsweet tea, but it was not labeled as such and the staff laughed when he requested it. They seemed more interested in cleaning tables than attending to customers. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience. View all feedback.
My friend pissed you off for lunch, it was her first time to eat here. I asked the girl after a minute so my friend could decide what she wanted. the lady was so rude to order us and there was no one behind us. I had already explained to my friend that eating was in order, but the personal is really rude, so we expected this to happen. this time the dame suggested we pull thru and come or we could pull up and she would give up a paper menu and come back. we just ordered that my friend could try it, but as she said she wouldn't be back and why I didn't often come here. there are so many other places to go, like kicherbsen or panera next door. even mcdonalds staff are more beautiful. a star is too many.
I visited Panda Express on February 21, 2022 at the request of my oldest son. I typically park and go inside so that I can see the options and quickly select food items. However, due to being tired and ready to get home, I used the drive-thru. I attempted to place my son's order and the male voice that was taking the order stated, we are out of that after I selected one or two entree items. Next thing I knew, there was a female voice providing a list of all items that were available. I finished up my order and drove up to the pick up window. I inquired with the male about the way he responded while I placed my order. When I received my order, I handed the food items to my sons sitting in the back seat. As I prepared to drive off, a female came to the window and asked me if there was a problem with my order. I responded that there wasn't a problem but that I was giving my sons their food. I asked if this was a problem since there was no one behind me. The female responded, Yes, it is I got upset because at this point no one was behind me and I told the female that no one was behind me so it shouldn't matter. She replied' It does matter then stared at me for a few minutes before walking away as the employees watched in the background. I called the Panda Express number on my receipt and asked for management...guess who I was connected with? The same female that was so rude to me at the drive-thru window. I knew it was her because I recalled her unique accent. I explained my issue and informed her that I would be contacting the corporate headquarter for Panda Express. The manager didn't offer any apology and attempted to justify her actions. Please beware of visiting this location. I have never heard of a drive-thru having an issue with a paying customer checking his/her food and giving food to passengers before driving off. Poor service and management!
Hair in the food, not necessarily rude employees but you could tell they were annoyed serving you even though it’s a very easy and simple job. We didn’t eat our food and just threw it away, it wasn’t worth throwing a fuss over, we just went somewhere else. Food looks unappetising and usually not fresh. All in all, just go to Beijing for the same price and slightly better food.
Food was ice cold, literally. Like they had it chilling in the fridge before they handed it to me out the drive-thru. And what's with the nasty attitudes of the girls there?! If you don't like working there, just quit. Way better attitudes and VERY HOT food at a regular Chinese joint. I'll stick to the local family ran Asian restaurants.
The food may be good, but that's only when they have it. They never have everything on their menu and are always not serving something. 3 times in the past month when I tried to go they were out of teriyaki chicken, and when I just tried to get some they finally had it, but weren't serving WHITE RICE along with half of the stuff from the other menu options! (I know that seems like a lot of times to go but I tried to go multiple times to see if they had what I wanted)
