Moe's Southwest Grill - Valdosta

It is disappointing that this restaurant advertises being open until 10, yet has everything taken down and put away by 9. It is a waste of time and money to drive all the way there for this inconvenience.

I stopped at this restaurant while charging my Tesla behind it. I placed an order through the app and had to wait 20 minutes for the food to be ready. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the juice box and cookie that should have come with the kids' meal, which was supposed to be with the quesadilla. We only received the quesadilla. I am giving it 2 stars only because the staff members were friendly.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I appreciate that they have tofu available as a protein choice.

I stopped by a couple weeks back but had to leave a review. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smile. It was our first time there and Ms. Tyquesha walked us through the whole process of ordering our meal. She was so sweet and wonderful. She is a great asset to your company!
